Here’s a little run down on what we do here:
Step One: Initial intake meeting to narrow down what the next RAD step is for you (Reasonable, Actionable, Directional). Schedule.
Step Two: I’ll have a custom program planned out for you for the next 12 weeks.
Monthly 1-1 check-ins with me on Zoom.
Discounted 1-1 training with me. Book using the link above. I can be present for your lifts to give live feedback, or take you through your flexibility/mobility training if you need a guide.
Asynchonystic group check-ins at the beginning and middle of your training cycle via the group chat.
Required form checks and progress photos.
Office hours for questions, form checks, feelings, wins!
Personalized video for daily mobility homework.
At the end: Your goals are guaranteed. If you’re not 100% satisfied at the end of the three months, I’ll train you for free until you get there.
