Here’s a little run down on what we do here:

  • Step One: Initial intake meeting to narrow down what the next RAD step is for you (Reasonable, Actionable, Directional). Schedule.

  • Step Two: I’ll have a custom program planned out for you for the next 12 weeks.

  • Monthly 1-1 check-ins with me on Zoom.

  • Discounted 1-1 training with me. Book using the link above. I can be present for your lifts to give live feedback, or take you through your flexibility/mobility training if you need a guide.

  • Asynchonystic group check-ins at the beginning and middle of your training cycle via the group chat.

  • Required form checks and progress photos.

  • Office hours for questions, form checks, feelings, wins!

  • Personalized video for daily mobility homework.

  • At the end: Your goals are guaranteed. If you’re not 100% satisfied at the end of the three months, I’ll train you for free until you get there.
