The Intensive is a 15 week Strength and Flexibility training program for movement artists of all types who are ready to focus their efforts in the gym and on the contortion mat for strong and bendy gains you have to feel to believe.

    • Experience with lifting and flexibility training is required.

    • At least one years experience in your pole, dance or aerial.

    • You will need a full gym. Period.

    • Be prepared to focus your efforts on STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY TRAINING. In order to train at proper intensities to create the strength and flexibility gains that I promise from this program, you’ll need ample time to do that. While you won’t be stepping away from skillwork entirely, be sure you have the time to commit to training in the gym and on the contortion mat. This means avoid signing up for that “handspring series” at the studio, or signing up for competition.

In the Intensive, you will be pushed out of your comfort zone, and learn where your edges are. And I’ll be with you every step of the way to ensure you’re safe and supported as you do so.

  • UNLIMITED ACCESS to me via messaging and zoom calls. I will be entirely at your disposal for questions, form checks, or if you just need a sounding board.

  • Live weekly training sessions. Each week offers either a group accountability session (use the gifts of body doubling and parallel play to get your homework done), or a Mobility Tune Up. Each Mobility Tune Up is focused on a different joint to ensure there are NO BLIND SPOTS in your program.
