Graduates of The Intensive who want to continue exploring progressions of my strength and flexibility training style, as well as some intriguing new concepts.
Those who don’t need continued on call support, but aren’t quite ready to fly solo yet. (We’ll have monthly check in calls with the membership group)
Performing artists who are ready to focus on skills, and need a basic framework of a program to follow to support their goals

Through focused work in your chosen areas, there are currently 3 different programs to choose from, with more on the way. You'll experience the motivation that comes from having more movement options and confidence.
My promise? After just one 8 week training cycle, you’ll get strength and flexibility results you can actually see and feel.

If you get lost, our monthly group check in calls will point you in the right direction. We'll talk form checks, strategy, and anything else that comes up.
The heartbeat of The Training Club is the group chat; ask questions, share wins, and see what others are up to (nothing wrong with glancing at someone else's paper for ideas!).

Are the programs customized?
No. These programs are designed to reach as many athletes as possible, and get you gains. I have kept in mind this group’s goals, and will be progressing and updating programs depending on who joins.
